Abstract Submission Guidelines
Before beginning your abstract submission process, please have the following information ready:
- Presenting Author's Contact Information and Affiliation.
- Co-Author Names and Affiliations.
- Only create one account, even for multiple abstract submissions.
- Include ALL authors and affiliations in the submission, including the submitting author.
- All abstracts must be submitted and presented in English, with a quality of spelling and grammar suitable for publication.
- All submissions will be printed the exact way they are submitted.
- The body of the abstract should not exceed 350 words.
- Include the source of research support in the separate textbox provided on the submission form.
- You will be able to proofread your complete abstract before final submission.
- You will be asked to acknowledge that you have proofread the abstract before final submission.
- Any changes to the abstract after it has been submitted are subject to a revision fee US$50.
- All submissions will be reviewed by a review committee.
- The review committee and chairs of the Topic Sessions will decide whether the accepted abstract will be designated for Oral or Poster Presentation.
- Complete presentation instructions will be emailed to accepted submitters.
TRAVEL AWARDS
A number of top abstracts submitted by trainees (graduate students, medical students, postdocs, and fellows) will be considered for Travel Awards. If the presenting author (first author) is a trainee, when submitting the abstract, please select whether you would like the abstract to be considered for a Travel Award when submitting the abstract(s). Please note that Travel Awards are not available for "Late-Breaking Abstract" submission.
